Silica Exposure Programs and Resources

With OSHA's Silica Rule in full swing, we have received several requests regarding silica and silica exposure control programs. FCA and FCAI have compiled the following programs, along with several other resources, to ensure you are in full compliance.

Competent Person and Training
It is the contractor's responsibility to name a designated person and provide silica awareness training to their workforce. The workforce needs to have access to the company's written control plan, and they need to be aware of who the competent person is on each jobsite.
